The folks at the Manasota Track Club do a wonderful job. I try to do this event every year! I had my most comfortable effort in a long time. I felt really good, worked hard and had a great time. These are some of my training buddies, including my son Cameron. I ran a 6:22 for the 50K. Cameron finished 2nd overall in the 25k (which was actually about 30K).
